This is the lowest-risk way to test whether we are any good.
SEO Audit
A diagnostic, not a sales document. You get the findings, the raw data and a prioritised roadmap written so your own team or any other agency can execute it. Whether you continue with us afterwards is genuinely your call.
- Track record
- Brands large and small, across sixteen years.
Sixteen years of experience
We have delivered search, social and digital marketing for brands including JSW Cement, L&T IDPL, GVK, Maruti Suzuki, Indiabulls Real Estate, Wahl Professional, the Sumer Group and Tirumala — organisations where marketing sits alongside engineering, compliance and dealer networks, and nothing goes live without passing several desks.
The same sixteen years also cover businesses at the other end of the scale, where the owner is the marketing department and every rupee is accounted for. Large accounts teach you process; small ones teach you what actually moves the number. We take both.
- Deliberate
- It costs us leverage. That is the point.
Why the audit stands alone
Most agency audits are sales instruments. They surface enough problems to justify a retainer, stop short of telling you how to fix them, and are structured so that only the agency can act on them. You end up buying implementation from whoever wrote the document.
Ours is scoped as a standalone product. The roadmap includes enough specificity for your developers to work from directly. The raw crawl and log data comes with it. If you take it to another agency, you have paid a fixed fee and gained a usable plan.
That is a weaker commercial position for us, and it is the best test available of whether the work is any good. We would rather earn the retainer on the quality of the diagnosis.
- Is this you?
- If none of these apply, this probably isn’t the service you need.
When an audit is the right first step
| Situation | Why start here |
|---|---|
| Organic traffic has dropped and nobody knows why | Diagnosis before treatment. Guessing at causes wastes months. |
| You are about to invest heavily in content | Publishing into a broken site is spending money on pages that will not be found. |
| An agency relationship is not delivering | An independent read on whether the strategy is wrong or the execution is. |
| You need to justify budget internally | Findings with revenue modelling attached are what finance teams respond to. |
| You inherited the site and its history | Several redesigns of accumulated technical debt, undocumented. |
| You want to test us before committing | Fixed fee, defined scope, deliverables yours regardless. |

- One body of work, not a menu.
What’s included
Full site crawl
Segmented by template and directory so findings map to the systems producing them, not to an undifferentiated URL list.
Indexation analysis
What is indexed, what should be, what should not be, and why the gap exists.
Log file analysis
Where site size justifies it. The only reliable evidence of what Googlebot actually requested.
Rendering checks
Comparing source HTML to rendered output to establish what reaches the indexer.
Search Console and analytics review
Including validating whether your tracking is telling you the truth, which surprisingly often it is not.
Competitive gap analysis
Which queries competitors own that you should contest, and which are not worth the fight.
Content and cannibalisation review
Query-level clustering to find your own pages competing with each other.
Revenue modelling
Each significant finding sized for impact using your conversion data, so the roadmap can be prioritised commercially.

Questions
What does it cost?
A fixed fee agreed before we start, scaled to site size and whether log analysis is included. You will have the number after the first call.
Can we use the findings without hiring you?
Yes, entirely. That is how it is scoped. The roadmap is written for any competent team to execute.
How is this different from a free audit tool?
Automated tools list issues without weighting them. They cannot tell you which of 400 findings matter, what they are worth, or which are artefacts of how your CMS works. The judgement is the deliverable.
Do you need our server logs?
For crawl budget analysis on a large site, yes. A sampled export over a defined period is sufficient — we do not need live server access.
What if you find nothing significant?
Then we say so, and you have bought certainty that the problem lies elsewhere — product, pricing, demand or conversion. That is a useful thing to establish.
