PPC Services

Paid search buys placement and stops the moment you stop paying. Run well it covers what organic cannot reach; run in isolation it quietly bids on terms you already rank first for.

PPC & Paid Marketing

Bought demand, coordinated with organic so you stop paying twice.

Track record
Brands large and small, across sixteen years.

Sixteen years of experience

We have delivered search, social and digital marketing for brands including JSW Cement, L&T IDPL, GVK, Maruti Suzuki, Indiabulls Real Estate, Wahl Professional, the Sumer Group and Tirumala — organisations where marketing sits alongside engineering, compliance and dealer networks, and nothing goes live without passing several desks.

The same sixteen years also cover businesses at the other end of the scale, where the owner is the marketing department and every rupee is accounted for. Large accounts teach you process; small ones teach you what actually moves the number. We take both.

Waste
Common and rarely audited.

The overlap nobody manages

Most accounts we inherit are paying for clicks on queries where the same company already holds the top organic position. The paid click is not incremental — a large share of those users would have clicked the organic result at no cost. It shows up as good ROAS in the paid dashboard because the conversion is real. The waste is invisible unless someone looks across both channels.

The second common issue is automation without guardrails. Broad match plus smart bidding plus a loose conversion signal is a machine that will find you cheap conversions, frequently from your own brand traffic and existing customers. The platform is optimising exactly what you asked it to.

Both are fixable. Neither gets fixed if paid and organic are managed by different people reporting separately.

What’s included

Account structure

Campaign and ad group architecture built for control and clean measurement rather than the platform’s recommended defaults.

Search campaigns

Query mining, match type discipline and negative keyword hygiene — the unglamorous work that determines whether budget reaches relevant searches.

Shopping and product feeds

Feed quality first, since most shopping performance problems are data problems rather than bidding problems.

Performance Max management

Working within a largely opaque campaign type — asset quality, audience signals, exclusions and the reporting workarounds needed to see inside it.

Organic overlap analysis

Identifying queries where you already rank and paid spend is not incremental, then reallocating.

Bidding and budget strategy

Automated bidding with correct conversion signals and guardrails, because smart bidding optimises toward whatever you told it to value.

Landing page alignment

Working with CRO, since paid traffic to a poor page is the most expensive way to discover the page is poor.

Measurement

Conversion tracking and value assignment done properly, since bidding decisions inherit every measurement error.

Common questions
Asked on most first calls.

Questions

Should we bid on our own brand terms?

Sometimes — if competitors bid on your brand, or you need message control. Frequently it is pure incremental cost. It is testable through a brand campaign pause, and worth actually testing rather than assuming.

Is Performance Max worth using?

It performs well in some accounts and hides where the money went in all of them. We use it with exclusions and asset discipline, and we will tell you what we cannot see.

What is your management fee model?

Fixed monthly rather than a percentage of spend. Percentage models reward increasing your budget, which is a poor alignment of interests.

How quickly can PPC deliver results?

Traffic immediately, meaningful optimisation over four to eight weeks as data accumulates. It is the fastest channel to start and the fastest to stop when you pause it.

Should we run paid if we already rank organically?

For queries where you hold position one, often not. For queries you cannot reach organically, or where the results page is dominated by ads, usually yes. The answer is per-query rather than per-channel.
