    Within a working day we run a crawl and review your visibility, indexation and obvious technical issues. This is unpaid work on our side and it happens before any commitment from you.

  2. A 30-minute call

    We walk through what we found and what we think it's worth. You'll get a straight answer on whether this is a problem worth paying to fix, including when the answer is no.

  3. A written proposal, or a referral

    If it's a fit, you get a scoped proposal with deliverables and timelines. If what you need sits outside what we do well, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

We don't run a sales sequence. One follow-up if we don't hear back, then we leave you alone.

Is the free audit actually free?

Yes, and it's genuinely limited. It's an automated crawl plus our read on the biggest issues visible from outside your site, delivered on a call. The deep diagnostic — log file analysis, full documentation, a prioritised roadmap with revenue modelling — is paid work.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Local SEO for single-location businesses and fixed-scope packages for SMEs are a real part of what we do. We won't sell you enterprise diagnostics you don't need.

What will it cost?

It depends on site size and scope, so we'd rather quote after seeing your site than publish a number that misleads you. You'll have a figure after the first call, not three meetings later.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any data is shared if you prefer. Send yours or we'll send ours.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Often, yes — particularly where we're brought in for technical depth alongside a team already handling content or paid media. We'll be direct if we think the arrangement won't work.
