Search is no longer one channel. It's Google, AI assistants, app stores and marketplaces at once.

Get found everywhere people search.

We do SEO for real estate, professional services, retail and growing businesses — the kind where one enquiry is worth lakhs and the marketing budget has to justify itself. Google, AI assistants, maps and marketplaces.

Who we work with

An enterprise migration and a local bakery need almost nothing in common. We don't pretend otherwise, so choose your track.

Developers, local businesses and growing brands

One project or twelve. A clinic competing with three others on the same road. You do not need log file analysis and we will not sell you any. You need to appear when someone in your city searches for what you sell, and you need the enquiries to be worth answering.

Fixed monthly scope, plain-language reporting, and a number you can hold us to at ninety days. No six-month wait before anything happens.

Services overview

Everything we do

SEO is the core of the practice. The rest exists because search doesn't convert in isolation.

From million-URL technical work to a single-location map listing, plus the newer problem of being cited by AI assistants that never send a click.

Channel work that surrounds search — reputation, email, affiliate and video — coordinated so they share one measurement model instead of three.

App stores are search engines with their own ranking rules. Listing optimisation, install campaigns and post-install conversion.

Content built to rank and to be quoted. Editorial production, original research that earns links, and copy for pages with a commercial job.

Paid search, shopping, marketplace and social, run alongside organic so you stop bidding on terms you already rank for.

The measurement layer. Most reporting disputes turn out to be tracking faults, so this usually comes before anything else.

Engagement sequence
Five stages. Stage one stands alone.

Method in detail

How an engagement runs

  1. Diagnostic audit

Crawl, log analysis where the site warrants it, Search Console and analytics review, competitive gaps. Findings, raw data and a prioritised roadmap — yours to keep whether or not we continue.

  2. Opportunity sizing

Each finding modelled for traffic and revenue against effort. This is where most of the audit gets deprioritised. The point is a short list you can defend in a budget meeting.

  3. Roadmap and sequencing

Work broken into tickets in your format with acceptance criteria your developers can implement without a translator, sequenced around your release calendar.

  4. Implementation

We work alongside your team, or handle it end to end for smaller sites. If you have no development capacity we say so at diagnostic stage rather than shipping recommendations that can't land.

  5. Measurement

Reporting tied to revenue or leads, with crawl and technical health underneath. Monthly sessions on decisions, not a deck restating the dashboard.

Sector constraints
Each vertical fails in its own way.

Industries

Technical fundamentals travel. The constraints around them don't.

Real Estate

Developers, brokerages and property portals. A launch has a fixed window, an enquiry is worth lakhs, and the portals outrank you for your own project name. RERA also limits what you are allowed to claim, so the copy that would convert is often the copy you cannot publish.

BFSI

YMYL scrutiny makes authorship and citation ranking inputs, and every page ships through compliance. Content velocity is governed by legal, not the content team.

Healthcare

Medical review workflows, jurisdictional advertising rules, and location and practitioner pages needing structured data at a scale most CMS setups weren't built for.

Education

Demand concentrates into admissions cycles, so a fix landing in the wrong quarter loses a year of intake. Programme pages compete with aggregators for every commercial query.

Ecommerce & D2C

Faceted navigation, product feeds, seasonal inventory, out-of-stock handling. Where crawl budget and index bloat problems are most severe and most expensive.

Local services

Map pack position, review velocity and proximity outweigh classic ranking factors. Multi-location brands additionally fight their own franchisees for the same queries.

Track record
Sixteen years across eight sectors.

Brands we’ve worked with

Sixteen years of search, social and digital marketing for listed corporates, infrastructure groups and national consumer brands — and, in the same years, for businesses where the owner approves the marketing spend personally. Both need the same discipline. Only the scale of the problem changes.

The free audit, and the paid one

The free audit is exactly that — an automated crawl and a call walking you through the biggest issues visible from outside your site. No card, no obligation.

The paid diagnostic goes deep: full technical findings, the raw crawl data, and a prioritised roadmap with impact estimates, written so your own team or any other agency could execute it. If what you need sits outside what we do well, the audit will say so.

Common questions
What comes up on most first calls.

Questions

Do you only work with large companies?

No. Roughly half of what we do is enterprise technical SEO, but local SEO for single-location businesses and fixed-scope SME packages are a real part of the practice. The methods differ substantially — a local bakery does not need log file analysis, and we won't sell it one.

How is enterprise SEO different from regular SEO?

Scale changes the nature of the work. On a 200-page site you can inspect every page and the bottleneck is content or links. Above roughly 10,000 URLs it becomes architecture: whether crawlers can discover and prioritise your pages, whether templates generate duplicates, whether the internal link graph distributes authority sensibly.

What is AI SEO and do I actually need it?

It means being retrievable and citable by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, which increasingly answer queries without sending a click. Whether you need it depends on your category — if buyers research before purchase, they are already asking an assistant, and being absent from that answer costs you the shortlist.

How long before we see results?

Technical fixes affecting crawling and indexing often move in four to eight weeks. Local SEO can move faster, sometimes weeks, because the ranking factors are fewer. Content and authority work typically takes six to nine months. Anyone promising enterprise ranking gains in thirty days is describing something they can't control.

Do you work with our existing development team?

Yes, and we prefer it. We write tickets in your format with acceptance criteria your engineers can implement without translation, join stand-ups where useful, and review pull requests on SEO-critical changes.

Can you work white-label under our agency's brand?

Yes. Audits, technical implementation, content and link acquisition delivered under your brand, with reporting carrying your logo. We have no contact with your client unless you want us on the call.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and neither can anyone else. We don't control Google's algorithm, competitor investment, or your release velocity. We commit to defined capacity, agreed deliverables and transparent reporting, including when something didn't work.

What happens if results don't come?

We review at ninety days against the forecasts made during opportunity sizing. If we're materially behind we go through why, then change course or end the engagement. Retainers run on rolling notice rather than a locked annual contract.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We're based in India and work with international clients across overlapping hours. Multi-market and multi-language architecture is core to the practice rather than an add-on.
