the hard part is consistency

Content Marketing

Content has two jobs now: rank in search results, and be the source an assistant quotes. Those reward overlapping but not identical things, and most content strategies were designed before the second one existed.

Content Marketing

Writing built to rank on Google and to be quoted by AI assistants.

Real accounts, named.

Sixteen years of experience

We have delivered search, social and digital marketing for brands including JSW Cement, L&T IDPL, GVK, Maruti Suzuki, Indiabulls Real Estate, Wahl Professional, the Sumer Group and Tirumala — organisations where marketing sits alongside engineering, compliance and dealer networks, and nothing goes live without passing several desks.

The same sixteen years also cover businesses at the other end of the scale, where the owner is the marketing department and every rupee is accounted for. Large accounts teach you process; small ones teach you what actually moves the number. We take both.

Reality
Strategy is rarely the bottleneck.

Why most content programmes stall

Almost every stalled content programme we see has a decent strategy document and no publishing cadence. The plan called for eight pieces a month, the first month delivered six, the third delivered one, and by month five the calendar is a record of good intentions.

So we scope to what you can actually sustain rather than what looks ambitious in a proposal. Four genuinely useful pieces a month, published reliably for a year, beats twelve for two months and then silence. Search rewards accumulated depth, and accumulation requires consistency more than volume.

The second common failure is content with no commercial job. Traffic to pages that cannot convert is a vanity metric. Every piece should have an identifiable role — capturing a commercial query, supporting a sales conversation, or earning citations that build authority.

One body of work, not a menu.

All services

What’s included

Topic and query modelling

Clustering the queries your buyers actually use into topics, then mapping which existing pages serve them and where the genuine gaps are.

Editorial strategy

What to publish, in what order, and why — with each piece assigned a commercial role rather than a keyword.

Production

Writing and editing at agreed volumes, in your voice, by people who understand your category.

Content structure for retrieval

Organising pieces so a self-contained answer is extractable, which is what determines whether assistants can quote you.

Existing content audit

Frequently the highest-value work. Updating, consolidating or removing pages that are decaying, thin, or competing with each other.

Original research

Surveys and data studies that produce genuinely new information, which is the most reliable way to earn citations.

Distribution

Getting published work in front of people, since publishing and hoping is not a strategy.

Measurement

Reporting content against pipeline contribution rather than pageviews.

Questions

How much content do we need?

Fewer pieces than most agencies propose, published more reliably. We would rather commit to four a month you can sustain than twelve that collapse by quarter two.

Do you use AI to write it?

For research, clustering and outlining, yes. For published prose, no. AI-written content reads generically, ranks poorly over time and does not get cited, which defeats the purpose.

How long before content ranks?

Three to six months for commercial queries in most categories, longer in competitive ones. Content that updates existing ranking pages can move considerably faster.

Should we blog?

Only if you have something to say that your buyers want to read. A neglected blog is worse than no blog. Often the better investment is improving the commercial pages you already have.

Who owns the content?

You do, entirely, including drafts and research. It transfers with you if you leave.
