about what we do not do

Digital Marketing

Search is our centre of gravity. These channels exist because a ranking with broken tracking, no landing page and no follow-up is not revenue — and because running channels through separate vendors means nobody owns the number that matters.

Digital Marketing

Channels that surround search, measured on one model instead of six.

Track record
Real accounts, named.

Sixteen years of experience

We have delivered search, social and digital marketing for brands including JSW Cement, L&T IDPL, GVK, Maruti Suzuki, Indiabulls Real Estate, Wahl Professional, the Sumer Group and Tirumala — organisations where marketing sits alongside engineering, compliance and dealer networks, and nothing goes live without passing several desks.

The same sixteen years also cover businesses at the other end of the scale, where the owner is the marketing department and every rupee is accounted for. Large accounts teach you process; small ones teach you what actually moves the number. We take both.

Why integrated
Each vendor optimises their own metric.

The multi-vendor problem

A typical setup: one agency on SEO, another on paid, a freelancer on email, someone internal on social. Each reports success. Revenue is flat. Nobody is lying — each is genuinely improving the metric they were hired for.

What goes missing is the interaction. Paid bidding on terms you already rank first for. Email and remarketing hitting the same people twice. Attribution set up so both SEO and paid claim the same conversion, making the total larger than reality. Content produced with no view of what paid already knows converts.

Running these together is mostly about one measurement model and one prioritisation conversation. That is unglamorous and it is where most of the recoverable waste sits.

What’s included

Channel strategy and mix

Where budget should sit given your margins, sales cycle and competitive position — including recommending you spend less on a channel we could bill for.

Search — organic and paid

SEO and PPC planned together, so paid covers gaps organic cannot reach rather than duplicating it.

Content and editorial

Content informed by what paid data already proves converts.

Reputation

What appears when someone searches your brand, which is the last thing a buyer checks.

Email and lifecycle

Retention and nurture, usually the cheapest revenue in the mix and usually neglected.

Measurement

Analytics and attribution built so channels are compared on the same basis.

Reporting and governance

One dashboard, monthly decision sessions, and a single owner for the number.

Questions

Do we have to take all of this?

No. Most clients start with search and add channels where there is a clear case. Buying an integrated retainer for channels you do not need is how agencies pad revenue.

Can you replace our existing agencies?

Sometimes that is right, sometimes not. If your paid agency is performing well, replacing them to consolidate is usually a bad trade. We are comfortable coordinating with incumbents.

What do you not do?

Brand strategy, design, web development, offline media and video production. We know firms that do and will refer you rather than pretend.

How do you report across channels?

One dashboard tied to revenue or pipeline, with per-channel detail underneath and deduplicated attribution so the total is not inflated.

Is integrated actually better than specialists?

Not automatically. A specialist agency doing one channel excellently often beats a generalist doing five adequately. Integration wins when channel interaction is where your waste is, which is common but not universal.
