PPC Reseller
You have sold paid media and need it managed properly. We run the accounts under your brand, priced per account rather than as a share of spend, so your margin is predictable.
- Alignment
- Percentage models have a built-in conflict.
Why fixed fees rather than percentage of spend
Charging a percentage of ad spend means the manager earns more when the client spends more, regardless of whether increased spend is the right recommendation. It also makes your own margin move every time a client changes budget.
Fixed per-account pricing means you know your cost before you quote, your margin holds when a client scales, and nobody has an incentive to recommend a budget increase that is not warranted. It is worse for us in growing accounts and better for the relationship.

Questions
Will our clients know?
Only if you tell them. Reports carry your branding and we do not contact your clients. Some agencies introduce us as a named partner; others prefer we stay invisible.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed monthly per account, banded by complexity rather than spend. Volume arrangements available for multiple accounts.
Who owns the ad accounts?
Your client should, always. We work inside their accounts with your access. Agencies that own client accounts create a problem for everyone at handover.
What if a client wants to speak to us directly?
We will join as your partner if you want, or stay out entirely. We will not solicit a direct relationship with a client you introduced.
Can you cover paid social as well as search?
Yes — Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube alongside Google and Microsoft.
